Human Resource Suite (HR Suite)

Performance Appraisal Management Systems
We offer two different employee appraisal management systems to specifically fit your credit union’s performance philosophies.  Performance Pro uses the traditional BARS ratings and goal-based approach.  This program provides accurate and consistent performance evaluations and maintains performance history while simplifying the review process. Available in software-based (network) or Web-based versions.
 
PerformEase uses a goal-based approach for behavior modification.  This program measures credit union specific performance expectations and provides the ability for performance planning.  Available in software-based (network) or Web-based versions.
 
Both are very effective at evaluating and measuring the success of your employees.

Employee Surveys

Compensation/Salary Management
Do you have a turnover problem? Are you sure that your employees are being paid based on job description? Compease provides competitive, market based salary ranges developed from an extensive survey base to ensure its reliability.  Compease incorporates specific credit union job descriptions to make it easy to calculate employee salaries.  Credit unions also have the option to add on the performance appraisal option, which transfers the employee’s performance appraisal into Compease to help validate salary adjustments.  Compease is a Windows-based software, which makes it easy to maintain job descriptions, determine salary grades and manage pay changes.

COBRA Administration  
All employers, including credit unions with 20 or more employees must have a COBRA program in place.   The CUCare Group will manage the confusing and changing program on behalf of your credit union.  We will generate COBRA notification letters, enrollment forms, “Certificates of Coverage” (HIPPA Regulation) and track re-enrollment and payment for each qualified beneficiary.

Online Employment Module
With the Employment Module, finding qualified applicants is easy.  The credit union simply posts the job description and application on their Web site, applicants complete the application and upload their resumes to the Web site where credit union staff review the applications and resumes to select the applicants for interviewing. There is no limit to the number of jobs the credit union can post or the number of applications the credit union can accept.
