Florasteen Cobb, Vice President, CUcorp Lending Solutions

Florasteen Cobb is vice president of CUcorp Lending Solutions where she is responsible for ongoing marketing strategies and retention for lending and payment solutions.

Florasteen has an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Graduate School of Banking Finance and a B.S. in management from the Detroit College of Business, in addition to having attended the Graduate School of Management in Detroit. She holds certification in many areas:

  • Certified Instructor, American Institute of Banking, Detroit, Mich.
  • Certified Mortgage Lender
  • Certified Facilitator of Objection Clinics
  • Certified Facilitator of Value Training
  • Certified Facilitator of Frontline Leadership
  • Certified Facilitator of Cohen Brown Extraordinary Sales Leadership and Management

Other distinctions include acting as a facilitator of Cohen Brown Extraordinary New Business Development Seminars with MasterCard University and is a member of the Sales & Marketing Association.

Florasteen resides in Woodhaven, Michigan. Her daughter Latoyia Herd is in medical school at Emory University in Atlanta and her son, Lionel Sims, is general counsel for the Attorney General in Washington D.C.
