HR Audit Program
How compliant is your credit union? Are you meeting federal and state employment standards? When was your HR material last reviewed by a third party?
 
CU HR Solutions offers three service options to support your internal human resources staff.
 
Level 1
$295
In an onsite visit, a CU HR Solutions Representative will assess labor law postings and determine that required postings are present, current and properly displayed. This service will include providing postings if none exist. The service will also include an assessment of the presence of required policies, done in a “Yes & No” format, without suggestions or analysis with respect to the content of the policies. A checklist of required policies will be provided for the credit union to determine which required policies are in place and which are needed.
 
Level 2
$995
This audit will entail all the actions involved in Level 1, and will require that an attorney with the law offices of Bowen, Radabaugh, Milton and Brown, P.C. certify that the credit union is in compliance based on the information obtained. A CU HR Solutions Representative will meet with the credit union and perform a detailed analysis based on an Audit Checklist and Questionnaire.
 
This Audit Checklist and Questionnaire will be examined by an attorney, and subsequent dialog may take place between the parties to determine the results of the audit. An attorney will review all legally mandated policies, making necessary minor changes. An attorney will provide an assessment of credit union needs to be in compliance, or sign off that they are in compliance depending upon the determination made.
 
Level 3
At the conclusion of a Level 2 audit, if extensive customization and creation of policies is needed, Level 3 may be suggested. This audit will entail an attorney at Bowen, Radabaugh, Milton and Brown, P.C. writing needed legally mandated policies and recommending changes to existing policies or additional policies at a special CU HR Solutions client rate.
