allows the credit union control over the marketing, loan approval and collections, while providing all back office support functions including member services, marketing assistance, data entry, account maintenance, security services, charge backs, 24 hour/7 day a week VRU, and payment processing. FIS handles all processing including authorizations and plastic issuance. We offer an array of products to give you the tools necessary to compete in this extremely aggressive market.

Falcon Neural Network Monitoring 
Falcon is a proprietary fraud detection product developed by Fair Isaac Software, Inc., a leader in transaction fraud detection. Falcon alerts seven days a week 24 hours a day. Coupled with services offered by CULending Solutions and our partner Fidelity National Information Services, Falcon delivers one of the most powerful weapons against fraud available anywhere.
 
Our processor, FIS, uses Falcon software and neural network technology to monitor card spending patterns in order to detect fraudulent behavior. When suspicious activity is detected, contact with the cardholder is initiated to determine if the activity was authorized or may be the result of fraud. Falcon has the capability of declining the transaction at authorization, making it the most robust fraud prevention system.

When credit union members have a concern with their credit or debit cards, they want fast and friendly assistance.CULending Solutions offers the following support to credit union members:
