Performance Pro
Performance Pro was designed by HRN Management Group to help you develop your employee appraisal factors well in advance of actually performing the appraisals. Managers can develop, assign, and weight performance factors based on the unique aspects of each job in your organization. As a result, each employee's goals can become part of his or her daily performance objectives. Performance Pro also allows for employee self-appraisal. Performance Pro is accessible year-round via your credit union's network - and confidentiality of each employee's information is ensured by varying levels of security.
